Natasha is registered Psychologist; graduated with a First class Bachelor of psychology (honours) degree and Vice chancellor’s award in Master in Professional Psychology. Natasha has 5 years’ experience doing ABA therapy for children with Autism, and 7 years’ experience working with adults in the community who have psychiatric illnesses.

Natasha is committed to empowering adults to get ‘unstuck’, achieve their psychological goals and improve their quality of life, by creating a safe space in session for psychological exploration and emotional expression. Natasha is respectful of each person, their stories and their needs; and will go at the pace of each person in delivering evidence based therapies.

Natasha can draw from a wide range of therapies to overcome psychological challenges. These include; Schema Therapy (ST), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), emotion coaching, Motivational interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
