Justin is a Clinical Psychologist Registrar with 8 years of private practice experience. He graduated Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Professional Psychology from Macquarie University, and has completed a Masters of Psychology Practice (Clinical) from the Australian College of Applied Psychology. He is also a member of Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Justin has experience working with adults across the lifespan with a range of different presentations. He is passionate about supporting adults with difficulties including anxiety, depression, panic, phobias, discomfort in social situations, ADHD, addiction, anger issues, stress management, adjustment to major life events, obsessive thoughts, compulsive behaviour, low self-esteem and trauma. He enjoys coaching clients to reach important goals and connect more fully with important values in their lives.
Justin incorporates evidence-based strategies, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology and Humanistic Therapy to overcome practical challenges in their lives.
