Hannah (she/her) is a psychologist who adopts a gentle, compassionate, collaborative and client-centred approach. She believes building safety, connection and trust is the foundation for positive change. Hannah honours thecourage of individuals who come to seek help. She believes it’s a huge privilege to be able to walk alongside an individual on their mental health journey to help them thrive.


Biography
Hannah works with children (8yo+), adolescents, adults and parents/carers. She has worked across public, private and NGO sectors, and is currently working part-time in NSW Health’s Infant, Child and Adolescent Mental Health (ICAMHS) in South West Sydney. Sheadopts an attachment, trauma-informed, neuro-affirming and gender-affirming approach to clients across the lifespan.
Hannah holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at UNSW Sydney, and a Master of Clinical Psychology from ACU Sydney. She is currently working towards obtaining endorsement to become a clinical psycholgist. Hannah is also a member of the Australian PsychologicalSociety.
Hannah supports clients with:

· Neurodivergence (Autism, ADHD)
· Disordered eating for adults
· Obsessive-compulsive disorder
Hannah adopts the following evidence-based therapeutic modalities:
· Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed CBT (TF-CBT)
· Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
· Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
· CBT-E for eating disorders
She is also a trained facilitator of parent programs aimed to manage challenging behaviours and strengthen parent-child relationships, including:
· Tuning into Teens (for parents/carers with children aged 10-18)
· Triple CK parenting group program (for parents/carers of children aged 3-12)
In her spare time, Hannah enjoys hanging with her friends and family (including her cat named Poot), running, and being anywhere outdoors in nature.
